My mother was here for a few months and it was always a mission to get her changed. Administration was not very helpful , the CNAs seemed to be overworked , like always some good CNAs and some lazy CNAS . I would always try to contact Luz to confirm appts and she would confirm and on that day i ended up going back and forth of the appt due to transportation not being set up . My mother got a UTI and complained of pain for days until she was finally sent to the ER after that she didnt start her antibiotics until a few days later because the doctor wouldn't respond
Kei-Ai Los Angeles Healthcare Center was highly recommended by a family member. It is very clean. They have very tight staff. Everyone there is very cordial, very nice, and very attentive. That was nice from the beginning, so I appreciated that. The meals that they serve are pretty appetizing. I was feeling great about that for my mom. They also provide her TV and everything, so it is great.
A patient "Ardith." here that I visited gave kei-Ai high ratings as for their treatment and care here. Thanks I say the staff is warm and respectful. That I appreciate cause I feel that she is in good hands. Cause they also take care of her higene as well that is highly appreciated.
I was very happy with the treat the staff was giving my aunt, from the first day she arrived she was made to fell extremely welcome by all the staff, the rooms are very clean and big, there is such a warm friendly atmosphere that you feel the moment you walk though the doors. The best thing about Keiai is the help staff, they been great support to my aunt and to our family with helpful communication, from the nurses to the management to the front desk, we can't be more careful to them.
It is a little farther from my family but it is worth the drive! My father is being well taken care of and has anything he needs right at his disposal. His nurses are always so fast to answer our calls and questions and they have amazing therapists.
I’m so happy to be here, the rehab team here is great and they are very inclusive. My nursing assistant always has coffee ready for me in the morning when I wake up and is very very sweet with me. They’re very responsive to my needs and it’s been a pleasure being here
I visited my grandparent a few weeks backs I met Carlos in the hallway he stopped me and introduced himself and told me if my grandmother needed anything he can help out gave me his card. A few days ago I needed to make a emergency doctors appointment for my grandparent I called the facility got transfer kept getting the run around until I remember I had his card along with hid personal cell phone. no one has ever done that and I do give them my cell number so Carlos took care of the appointment and even went the extra mile by accompanying my grandparent to her appointment. All i can say is THANK YOU!
Horrible take hours to clean patients. If the patient is not Asian or Caucasian they can care less for them. If they are Hispanic or Black they get treated poorly. Left a patient unchanged for hours in a wheelchair. I get it, they have patient all day to care for but this is unacceptable. You can see the treatmeant and when families are their they act like they care. My aunt spent her last days here in silence until one of the patients she roomed with told us all the things they would do.
I went to visit a family friend and was not sure where I was in this facility until I met a young man named Carlos. This man took his time and showed me where to go thank you sir. The facility was clean employees were informative and friendly. Keep up the good work our seniors need you.
Not a bad place for broken bones, very clean, but good God, can you put volume limiters on the TV's or give people headphones?? 4 people in a room and full of inconsiderate jerks! No wonder everyone is sleep deprived and grouchy!
