My wife, Katherine, and I moved to Kirksville in 2008, when she accepted a position at Truman State University. We opened 'Blink of an Eye', a gift shop on the Square and operated it for more than five years. Besides 'Blink', I've also been involved in the Kirksville community through the Chamber of Commerce, Kirksville Downtown Improvement Committee, Parks and Recreation and Curtain Call Theater productions. Emceeing events, like the Quota Quarter Auction, Dancing With The Local Stars, and the Rotary Reverse Raffle are other ways I enjoy connecting with the community.
