Extremely knowledgeable tech, Matt. Friendly. Discussed options. Took extra time to make sure everything was correct. I had four doors re-keyed for one key only with deadbolt. Front door was electronic key pad. He changed the entry code from former owners code. Highly recommended!
Very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to have 2 key fobs programmed and on key cut. The price was reasonable in my opinion.
They said they could program a key and they couldn't and still charged 95.00 for nothing after they telling me they could. Total waste of time and very bold to require a service call fee for something they could not do at all.
They were professional and accommodating - I needed my storage lock cut and he was very careful with the unit door and left no mess. Super quick.
Outstanding service "bar none". Delivered my 760 lb. Safe with ease and installed it to my preference. Even installed an outlet in the safe with no extra charge. Leveled safe and educated me on resetting code.
Awesome service. My wife needed a few copies of a mailbox key to send overseas to her parents. Went to several places, and none had a blank key that was adaptable. Went to Michael's Keys and the attendant there thought she had found a blank that she believed would work. Made a copy of the key, and told me to "send it overseas to your in-laws and if it works then come back and get the rest of your copies." She didn't even charge me. This is customer service at is finest. Not because she gave me a free item, but because she didn't feel right charging me for something that she wasn't for sure would 100% work. This place will get all of my business and referrals from here on out.
Customer service is alive and well at Michael's Keys, Keller. First I was shocked at the size of the store as well as selection. I was politely greeted, went over my need and was out in less than 5 minutes. This is a local business that deserves to be around.
I needed an Abus padlock rekeyed so I gave Michael's Keys a phone call. Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable and lightning quick! Customer service this good is indeed a rare gem. He usually works at the Colleyville location, but I'm certainly glad he was here in Keller today.
I go to Michael's key for my work. They have never failed to help me no matter how old or odd the locks are. They have always been pleasant and helpful. Yes there are things they can't do. It happens, but when those issues occur they have always tried to help and find solutions even if it isn't their company that does the work. I respect that and appreciate the effort.
I went there to have the house key copied. They didn't have a blank for it. Went to a key shop in DFW. they said it was a common key, just a short key. Cut off access.
