it was my fiancee and i’s first time selling a home. Normandy was our agent, she was super friendly , responsive and attentive, she answered all of our questions their were alot and made sure we were well taken care of , being we’re only 21 this was a very big deal to us , 10/10 recommend Normandy , she facilitated the process and made it a great selling experience, from now onwards i’ll only deal with Normandy when it comes to real estate!She was also Very professional & always on time, which was great with our busy schedules!
This business should get 0 stars but that was not an option. I made arrangements with Howard Winters to go and see a property that is located in Atlantic City New Jersey. I live in Philadelphia and I made this extremely clear to the man. He confirmed with me to meet at 5:00. 5:00 comes and I am waiting and waiting for him to show up. Finally at 5:15 i call him and I get no response. Howard never showed up after confirming with me that 5:00 worked and also after I clearly stated that I was traveling far. Hours later he texted me and said that a Pennsylvania number called him and he assumed that was me cancelling. How can you just assume that just by 1: reading that it's from PA, 2: not even answering the person's phone call and 3: not going back to check and see if that was the number I texted him from. He is just unprofessional and lied to me. Also this listing is MISLEADING. The listing shows that the house has windows but the house does not have windows. The house shown is the house next door and after I mentioned this to him he said the address is there but the picture hardly shows that.
When I invited Isabella out to my house to help me start the selling process instead of her understanding my position she just right away started telling me what was wrong with everything, did not have any tolerance for my dogs and was just not nice. I didn't like her at all she is supposed to be working in my behalf and she's telling me how I'm not going to get this and then to do this when I told her it's just the first day I have a lot of work to do but she just acted so highty-tighty that I won't be calling them back I'm going to go to another company.
I would NEVER do business with this company, it was the worst experience of my families life...I would have given them no stars but was forced to give one...if you are looking for a reputable real estate company, this is not one! I question their integrity...money hungry... remember God sees all
