My girlfriend and I worked with Kenneth "Bosco" Rabasco from Keller Williams and I have to tell you he is absolutely excellent. We ran into Bosco at and open house and it was and instant connection. He worked tirelessly with us to find our new home in this sometimes frustrating market. He is and excellent agent and i can't say a bad thing about him. I will be listing my apartment with him as well. He went out of his way and made us feel like family. Thank you Bosco. For being there from showings to close. And for all the laughs and encouragement through the process. We look forward to working with you in the future.
I had not 1 but 2 shady experiences with them. The first agent out of their bronx office was flakey. Would make an appointment and then cancel, then say he'd reschedule and stop responding. He always had an excuse. Keller Williams wanted to make it up to me so gave me an agent out of their Scarsdale office. I only looked at two places with her I found both and BOTH places she claimed would go over the listing price rental. The second place I wanted to put in an application. She never sent me the application as she said she would. So when I texted her about it, she asked if I was comfortable paying $2100+ / month for a place that was STILL LISTED as $1950. It seemed like maybe she was getting a little kick back if she got more money out of me. Either that or she just didnt have my back or best interest and was siding with a shady listing agent. Horrible and shady experience would not recommend. I spoke with two real estate attorneys who both said that what she did was a bad business practice and that regardless of the reason clearly wasn't empathetic to her client.
The agent we worked with was friendly but very disorganized, and ended up giving us the wrong information about the process. We were told we’d been accepted for an apartment and didn’t need board approval, so we signed a lease and paid a bunch of fees—and then it turned out there *was* a board approval process that required extra time and information. But it worked out in the end and we’re happy with the new apartment.
Dani speaks highly of Keller Williams and I can now see why. But more importantly, Dani Dorman did exactly what he promised and delivered with flying colors. Our home sold in one weekend for way more than I think anyone anticipated and I believe it is because of the great professionalism of Dani and his team. Thank you and I will be referring you to my friends and family.
What a horrible experience. They are completely rude and unprofessional! I would stay away from Marina and anyone on her team. They do NOT have your best interests in mind. Be warned. It's too bad you can't give less than 1 star...

I used Keller Williams Realty Group to find a home in Rye, New York with my family. I was assigned an agent in the office who immediately started sending me houses in the area that I described. They helped me through the entire buying process and was there to answer all of my questions along the way.
I just had a conversation with a gentleman by the name of Brian Blum. I’m absolutely disgusted! Just based off of the conversation, I wouldn’t give him one “red cent”. The tone of voice and the language that was used was unacceptable. I literally called just to get some information on an apartment, I received responses like, “Do you understand what a railroad apartment is?”, “No I don’t think you understand”, “It sounds like you don’t know…” ect. We spoke on several different topics in regards to renting an apartment. FYI, If I’m going to be paying YOU, I shouldn’t feel as though you’re trying to belittle my intelligence on the phone. I do not know any of the other realtors, who work for this company, but I wouldn’t even bother calling again, just based off of the phone conversation. 0 stars!
