Gold Standard of gas price gouging and price manipulation. Always conveniently higher on gas prices to the tune of 60 cents a gallon at times than surrounding stations. And were supposed to blame the middle man and not the station owner. Your ripping people off. This company pays same wholesale price of fuel as anyone else.
All I can say is the Mobil on Broadway and 22nd is hands-down my number one stop daily. The staff there and friendly, welcoming and interactive with the customers. It reminds me of a neighborhood station or store from the 70's. The young lady on 3rd shift is the most awesome. Let her train your staff to come and you will outshine all other customer service entities.
rear wiper arm assembly blew off during a car wash and i received a call from someone in corporate and all she could say while laughing about it was " the dealership should handle it, it was pry a defect and you have bumper to bumper warranty"! Wasnt the first was this car has had, but itll be the last at their locations. Not very courteous or understanding, so i said I'll take my $30 loss and do it myself, because you think its a joke!
If I could give less than one star for the N. Main and Halstead location I would. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and the worst one is the so-called manager. I was there this morning and there were 3 people behind the counter including the manager with one person waiting on the line of 8 people. I asked if one "Gentleman" was the manager and he said yes can I help you. I said this line is ridiculous he shrugged his shoulders, and went back to talking. I'm sure the Company will blame his bad customer service skills on COVID.
Visiting the Mobil on n2nd just north of Harlem in Machesney Park. I find it strange that the company promotes shirts with innuendos save second base, with baseball mitts over the breasts however not one person employed was wearing a mask. Including the guy making the food. I understand masks are a pain to wear all day. I also understand supporting breast cancer awareness.. I just can’t understand how a company so prominent in the community can choose a graphic shirt like that as a uniform yet choose not to help keep the community safe with the mask mandate. I get that there’s a nice barrier between the employees during check out.. maybe consider wearing masks while on the floor and making food?
Jim, who is manager of store just outside Middleton came out of the store, IN THE RAIN no less, and helped with with my C.C. Don't get service like that much anymore.
