Kelly has served on the Virginia State Bar Council and is past chair of the Virginia State Bar’s Judicial Candidate Evaluation Committee. Byrnes is the past chair of the 5th District Disciplinary Committee of the Virginia State Bar, as well as a member of the Judicial Candidate Evaluation Committee. Danker currently serves as President of the Virginia State Bar’s Young Lawyers Conference and is a member of the Virginia State Bar Council and Executive Committee. She was formerly vice-chair of the 5th District Disciplinary Committee of the Virginia State Bar and is currently the Virginia’s Young Lawyers Division Delegate in the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates. All the firm's attorneys are active members of the Fairfax and Loudoun Bar Associations.
