Always a fun place to go with family and friends. The only complain it smelled awful and cockroaches were everywhere. The fury boat was not working and the ferris-wheel had about 6 horses not working.
The best rides were closed. Always guy around for assistance. Had lovely time. Will return next year

Pretty and old with small city easy to fund everything confirm to big city's but keep in mind it's very hit in the summer season

I don't have much to say. But the young girl tending to the carousel on Saturday the 19th needs a raise. Not only did she have to check on floor of passengers but two floors. Poor thing she kept her composer even when dealing with difficult parents. I don't know who she is but she needs to be recognized.
Over priced tourist trap. All the restaurants are supplied by the same company so no matter which restaurant you go to its the same foods just cooked a little bit different. The food is usually good but if you are looking for something special that you cant find everywhere this isn't it.
I would have given the place 5 stars but I am disappointed with the way the staff acted this past Friday. I went with family to watch firweorks and the employee at the train station named "Travis " was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of redirecting us politely, he approached us in an aggressive manner but didn't say a word. Until I stated, ok you can just say excuse me this is not a safe area please going around this way, instead of touching us and looking like you are about to push us". He said "whatever, don't act like this is Disneyworld!" After I told him he was not polite.. he yelled "Thats your problem!" I was so shocked. I went to approach the manager named CARLA. After I told her about the incident she answered "ok, well that is not a safe area" I asked her what she was going to do about his behavior because simply excusing it was not good customer service, she said she was not going to discuss with me and walked off while I was still talking. I tried to call admin and they gave me a "hotline" number. I called but no answer. I deserve some feedback. Is that allnit takes to be a managet there. Wearing a red pull-over polo. Carla is a terrible example of a leader.
This place has no public water, the rides are old and rickety, the train caught fire multiple times and the ocean is dying from all of the waste. Saddest place ever.
