I absolutely adore Kemo Sabe! I have been a client for several years. Anjelica always takes AMAZING care of my family!! She truly makes each experience memorable and is such a sweetheart. I can’t recommend Kemo Save enough, the staff and quality is unbeatable!
I’ve been shopping at Kemo Sabe for years and it never disappoints. The team is amazing and caring. Through the years I’ve become friends with a few of the ladies which means a lot. It makes the shopping experience more than fun! Plus the quality is amazing. Highly recommend you shop at the Vail store. Management is excellent!!!
As a proud, red blooded Texan I walked in this shop thinking there was no way I would purchase a hat in Colorado. I was only looking for some interesting new hat bands. Well I ended up buying TWO hats. One for me and one for my daughter. The staff here was top notch and eager to serve. They were even able to tame my youngest for a while so I could finish looking around no small feat!. Walk right in here and ask for Chase! This man will set you up right and get you looking sharp! This shop has become one of our favorite parts of our vacation to Vail. We’ll be back over and over again! Thanks again Chase for the excellent service!
Don’t come in here if you are under the influence of alcohol. You will walk out with a custom hat complete with your initials branded in its inside. Beware. Their hats are a Western fantasy come true.
Had a great experience here! We had to wait in line for a bit outside but it was well worth it!! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had no idea I could have so much fun shopping for a hat and a purse and boots.. you can get very carried away in here; be careful!
I was super excited when walking around Vail village to see kemo sabe store. When I walked in there was no one in the store only 1 sales guy that saw me walk in. He kept smiling and NEVER acknowledge to come and say “hello how are you” he just kept looking at me while I was looking around. I kept looking for 5 mins and I left he never said “have a good day”. After I left I called my husband to tell him what happened and how rude the guy was and told him I will never go back to that store. Horrible experience which all my excitement to get my first hat when I moved to Vail Valley was ruined. I messaged the company and got zero feed back after this happened.
Totally worth every penny for a VERY expensive VERY authentic hat! This is the real deal and people will compliment you on your hat forever. I didn’t think my husband was going to buy me a hat let alone get one for himself too but that’s how good these are and how good of a salesperson Mani is! She was super fun and friendly and made our experience at Kemo Sabe the highlight of our trip! We had so much fun with her I’m surprised we didn’t leave the store with more than just two legit hats! Highly recommend for the best souvenir you could possibly take home from Vail and ones I know we’ll have forever!

What an amazing experience!! This store has so many things to offer, not just for the cowboys and girls. So many unique pieces of jewelry, hats, boots, and more. If you are in Vail, Aspen or Las Vegas this is a MUST on the list of stops. If you go to Vail, ask for Kerry she’s literally amazing and will get you the perfect fit. We will be back ‍
I purchased a hat yesterday from Kemo Sabe Vail, and needed to return it today for an exchange because of a problem with the hat. I called ahead and spoke with Paige H on the phone who was extremely courteous. I arrived at the store, she greeted me, reviewed the problem with the hat, and then came back with a new one for the exchange. Her manner and customer service was excellent! I highly recommend this shop for wonderful classy hats and for their fantastic service. Thank you, Paige H!
