5 Star They answered the phone on the first ring. The were nice, answered my questions promptly. Done in just a few minutes and able to scratch it off my list!
Had an inquiry about a traffic ticket, no answer on the phone. The paper they give you with a ticket has an address on it, but doesn't say where to mail a deferred or defensive driving payment or if you can use a check and who to make it out to. Can't even tell if they have recieved the payment I sent them.
I'd give it 5 but they wouldn't answer their phone the 2 times I tried to call
The lady who answered the phone was so patient with me when it came to my questions that needed to be answered
