Edit; once my wife finally reached a manager we were able to get service. The manager replied to us that Ken Caryl Glass does warranty their work. The installer’s came out today and installed a water dam that they use on installs. We will find out if it stops leaking after the silicone dries. Final note a customer should not have to fight the front line employees to get proper service. My son received an estimate and signed a contract to have a frameless L shaped shower kit installed. The installation was good. But here is where the problem starts. The installers left out an important part of the install. A curb and seal for the sliding door. They also took it with them. We called Ken Caryl glass to see if they could remedy the situation. The receptionist was rude. Their estimator said that they don’t warranty Ken Caryl’s workmen ship on shower kits. No where in the signed contract does it state that. No one will return a call. So now we contacted the Manufacturer and they are sending the parts to us for shipping cost. In closing other than disposing the needed parts the gentleman that installed the glass were polite, professional and did a good job on the install. The company not so much. Think twice before spending your hard earned money with this company.
These guys can do it ALL! I needed a custom piece of frosted glass for a halogen kitchen light fixture so I filled in their web form asking if they could cut the piece I needed. I had found that many places can't cut less than 3 inches - mine was 2 1/4". Within a day Jennifer had my order. The next day the custom cut glass was ready so I drove 15 minutes from my home to pick it up. The dimensions and quality are perfect. Obviously, I highly recommend Ken Caryl Glass!

I accidentally broke a side piece of glass for my bearded dragons enclosure. They had the piece of glass ready for me the same day and it was under $20! They were even willing to do the install! Thank you Ken Caryl Glass!
They're great. You can read the testimonials about how exceptional they are for their regular customers, but this is about my experience as a an individual. While working on my garage door I had broken a couple of panes of glass and needed to replace them. I took in an unbroken one for them to measure and match the glass. Everyone from the front office staff to the technicians exude professionalism and friendly service. They provided exactly what I needed while I waited for a few minutes. Good price, professionals who know their business, and delightful service - what more can you ask for?
