In my 20 plus years working with patients, I have been a part of some of the most amazing transformations and I am honored that people trust me to share their personal stories. I conduct individual and group therapy at my office as well as therapy sessions outside the office for people who have specific fears; elevators, heights, driving, crossing the street, etc. We take the tools I teach in the office and together confront what is most feared outside the office.
I conduct two types of groups: A Social Anxiety Group for people who are shy or uncomfortable in social situations and an Anxiety Solutions Group for all types of anxiety. The most effective treatment for people who avoid or feel uncomfortable in social situations is a social anxiety group. For both groups, all participates feel extremely anxious when they start but comfortable by the end. Group treatment is very economical and effective. Participants not only learn tools from me but receive support and validation from other group members.

I am the CEO of Quiet Mind Productions, a company dedicated to the creation of high quality and effective self-help audio programs including hypnosis sessions, relaxation exercises and The Anxiety Solution Series, a 9-disc audio course that teaches people how to conquer anxiety. I also produced Solving the Anxiety Puzzle, an eight-hour continuing education course designed to teach other therapists how to treat patients with anxiety. I am a member of the Anxiety & Depression Association of America and the International OCD Foundation.
