I'm very happy with my inherited/used Ko-Ken tools, they certainly are up to par with or even surpass premium brands such as Stahlwille, Snap-On, Hazet, ..., I wish there were more distributors in Belgium, but I guess most people prefer to buy cheap Chinese junk unfortunately.
