Ken has been my agent for almost 20 years. He is the most trustworthy man I have ever met. Best insurance agent ever. He is a follower of Christ and a great friend.

This man hired my father to do a tile job at his home, once completed, Ken said he was very pleased with the tile floor, and he would get the money to pay for the finished job, and contact my father in a couple day, with it, BUT HE NEVER HAS PAID HIS BILL, KEN HAS OWED FOR OVER A YEAR! HE OWES MY FATHER 1300 DOLLARS STILL! KEN ISN'T TRUSTWORTHY, PLEASE BE WARNED!

Just left and what do you know customer for a decade never had a claim but, whenever it came down to them making a phone call on clerical error did not put my vehicle on my insurance and and guess what this ticket i got through ok uninsured enforcement diversion program where i was sent ticket in the mail not even pulled over mind you. Oh yes the clerical error was for a van i sold over 3 years ago and this wasnt the 1st time no it was the 4th time. Do not ever use these please learn from my mistake

I was with Ken Shelton for a very long time since I was a teenager I'm in my late thirties now. The only reason I left is because I moved. Highly recommend this insurance company for anybody living in the area.

Ken's a good personable individual, unfortunately the dropped our roadside service after three claims.
