Great place for a date night! The service and food presentation is really good. I loved the Onion soup, it was a little bit salty but still very delicious. I had better steak before but for sure will come back to this place to create more memories.
Always Spot-On!!! We are regulars who have tried almost everything on the menu. We have never been disappointed with anything at Ken Stewart’s Lodge, not even once. Food is superb! Service is stellar!! Go here!!!
The bar was perfect for my birthday dinner. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Our waitress Callan was friendly and attentive but not overly so, also experienced and knowledgeable! The menu is varied with numerous daily specials. My Beef Wellington was cooked to perfection! We have lived out of state for ten years and the Lodge definitely did not disappoint after such a long time.
We love the atmosphere here and we were seated in a room with a beautiful fireplace with a nice fire going on a cold night. We had a delicious meal with great appetizers. Buffalo cauliflower appy was so tasty. Halibut dinner was amazing. Beef tenderloin special was wonderful. Our waitress was helpful and informative. We will be back.
I heard about Ken Stewart's Lodge, but it always escapes my memory when looking for something to try. I just happened to drive by and decided to stop for a refreshment. I was not hungry, so I did not have a meal, only an appetizer, and a few drinks. The restaurant has a rustic, classy, and cozy atmosphere. During the winter, they have private heated huts outdoors that are genuinely unique. The dining area is split into different rooms that provides a more intimate setting. There are fireplaces in many rooms and on the patio. If you want to impress a date or your wife, this is the spot. There are also party rooms in the back to hold events. The staff is professional, fun, and friendly. Going to head back for dinner to try out the entrees; I bet they are great. Most people might find the prices suited only for special occasions. But there are very few restaurants that have this look and feel.
Been here a few times and always have been pleased. Do not fell rushed. Great date night spot. Lodge theme makes you feel like your in Jackson hole… a great escape! Will definitely be back in the future.Food: 5/5
We always have the best experiences at Ken Stewart’s Lodge! Melissa is incredible - she takes phenomenal care of us every single time and makes us feel like a million bucks. The entire staff, the food, the drinks, the service, and the atmosphere are all top-notch!Food: 5/5
Beef Wellington was amazing. Roasted fingerling potatoes... Incredible. Now dessert. Creme brulee.. was milky and weak. Tiramisu.. I do not believe they were dunked in Expresso and we're dry. Way to much whip cream.
The location is great. The atmosphere in the restaurant is beautiful and the music as well. We came 8 people. There is a big varity of dishes, and each one tastes differently. The amount of the dishes was big. We ordered tomahoke the beef is good, but it was served a little cold. The desserts were great. The wine priced decent and was great, so we had 2 bottles. We enjoyed it. Therefore, we returned to Ken Stewart other branch on Market St. Akron. We will definitely be back.
This place is like a child wearing their dad's suit jacket and trying to play house. It's definitely not fine dining. I thought our server was having a laugh at first. She started to say the "daily specials" and I kid you not she read off enough to create a full second menu. I joked and asked how long it took her to remember it and she said 3 days... Guess it's a weekly special? Most of the dishes we had were confusing. Who serves balsamic glaze and sriracha sauce with lobster? The star is the lobster and even a drop of those sauces over power it. Then there was the huge piece of bread with cold hard packaged butter - doesn't anyone know how to make a compound butter? Serving portions for entrees were wildly off. I was finished with my normal sized dinner while my wife's dish was enough to feed 3 people. Finally dessert. The creme brulee was nice. I liked the vanilla. However don't order the brandied cherry ice cream unless you're ready to get hammered. They didn't cook any of the alcohol out and they literally serve it to you in a full entree sized bowl. A real disappointment. My recommendation to management is to stop trying to make a fine dining experience. You don't know how and what you're doing boarders on comedy. Instead, focus on something unique and niche. Like a steak house.
