Ken Zaburo, owner of Ken Zaburo Sushi Bar & Asian Grill, got his culinary training in Hong Kong and has been delighting the public for over 20 years. This restaurant was opened in 2004 and is his third. Our restaurant isn’t your typical Asian restaurant with a particular country’s dishes. While some offer Chinese food, others Thai - we offer a variety of delicious dishes from China, Thailand, Japan & Vietnam. Our restaurant is spacious and open, providing seating for many or just the two of you in a more private booth. We also have a full-size sushi bar. Whether you’d like to dine in or eat at home - we cater to your wishes. We offer catering services for your home or office and you can order takeout online at your convenience.

Come here second time for our anniversary. It’s such a special experience. Very high quality Sashimi, Ramen, Rolls. The price is at pre-Covid level. Very few people know this place, since they just changed owner eight month ago. From a Chinese fast food restaurant to an authentic Japanese place. Definitely a hidden gem to experience yourself.
Drove from Vancouver and found this gem in Kirkland! We tried so many of their foods!! My FAVE: Super Bowl MUST TRY!! Lava Roll and Ultimate Veggies are really GOOD! Very flavourful and lots of options! Will try more next time!! Place is clean and excellent service!!! Will definitely come back!!
BEST SUSHI IN KIRKLAND! Hands down my ultimate comfort spot - I visit here at least once a week and unwind while eating delicious sushi. The menu is expansive, there's something for everyone, but I come here specifically for the fresh sushi. The restaurant is family owned and doesn't feel rushed or chaotic like some other places. I just returned from a long, busy week in New York and the first thing I did was stop by Ken Zaburo and immediately felt at home.
We loved the food and service here. Sushi is very fresh, katsu don hits the spot with very generous portion size. Staff very friendly and it was a wonderful dinning experience. Will highly recommend.
Clean restaurant, wonderful people and all around great service. All the options I ordered on the menu was scrumptious and just the right amount of spice. Thank you to the wonderful new owners for this great experience, will definitely come again.
Amazing food. Loved their sushi, fresh, light, balanced amount of rice. Very inexpensive sushi. The new owners were very inviting and welcoming. Will definitely come back for more sushi. Loved lava roll and seared salmon sushi.
We stumbled upon this place heading to a Christmas concert. Reviews were decent so we decided to give it a try. To start, the restaurant was super clean and the hostess came immediately from the back to greet and seat us. The menu has countless options that honestly ALL sound sooooo good! Our Hostess Janet, I think was so freaking nice and gave her recommendations. The food came out in good timing and it tasted SOOOOOOOOO good. All in all I would go back to this place to try more items off the menu. The experience was just really positive and the food was good. If you’re in Kirkland and need a good meal and have time to kill then definitely try Ken Zaburo!!!!!
We live near by and always passed by this spot. Decided to give it a try. Prices very reasonable for Seattle area. We got Nigri combo 2. The fish was awesome and pretty large size. The scallop was mouth watering. Udon, very tasty and size reflecting the price. Very pleasant waitress. Definitely going to come back and bring friends. The only comment to chef is to give a bit more squeeze for the Nigri. The rice was perfect and fluffy but needed a tiny bit more squeeze to stay in shape. Thank you
