I told my niece here for the first ice skating and she and I had a ball. The staff was very friendly and even the customers were very inviting. We will definitely be back.
This is such a great and fun place! It’s s shame that not lot of people know that we have a super nice ice skating ring in Miami. They have great packages for birthdays parties and other celebrations, the admission are not expensive and the fun is guaranteed. The staff is super friendly, patient and customer’s satisfaction oriented; they helped us to put together a nice party for our daughter and all our family and friends loved it We will definitely come back soon, and will continue spreading the word 100% recommended
Yesterday was our firts time there. It looks like back in the 90's this was a cool place. But it's like frozen in time, and needs some maintenance, to improve the experience, the staff need some custumer service training. A fun place! I’m from the school ywpa and went for a field trip it’s amazing I loveeee it so much! The food is good and I had a few tumble but that’s how it is you learn with falls and they make your stronger and smarter absolutely love very cold ! Make sure you get sweaters it cold ! Recommend 100%
Great family fun. Our group lesson w Jackie was perfect. She expertly guided a 6, 8, 11 and a 14 year old to greater confidence and skill. The concession staff are helpful and friendly. This is a great place to have fun with friends or family, but the lack of organization and management takes away from the experience. We hosted a birthday party, and my guests had to wait at the front door to come in for almost half an hour, missing part of the party time, which was already limited enough. Party guests should receive priority to enter if their waivers are already signed. The front door customer service needs improvements, it's handled by kids.
It is an absolute shame the lack of management experience and the disrespect to children safety at this place. On Sunday afternoon every person working there were teenagers. After an unpleasant experience at check-in because the representatives were unable to find my daughter’s waiver, we went in to find out that the two guys in charge of the rink security also teenagers were the ones promoting reckless behavior. When I brought it to their attention, they laughed at my face and went away. My daughter was nearly crushed by some teenagers behaving unsafely and they did nothing about it. I do not recommends this place if you care about your children safety.
Took my little one on a mother son date and we had a blast. Everyone was very nice and helpful from the ladies in the main office, to the people in the skate rental, to the gentleman in the concession stand. They all made our experience an even better one. We rented the blue seal which was so much fun. We left with a very tasty icee. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Only ice skating rink in South FL. It’s like going back in time. Very dated decor, poor food selection in the cafeteria, rest area style bathrooms, horrible sound quality and melted ice with puddles. Gave it 3 stars because the kids like it. They could use a little reinvestment.
