Great visit for my wife’s birthday. Plenty of variety and options to create that special ring or necklace. We will definitely be back.
This company is nothing but cruel and inhumane. Having worked under the management style and treatment of the store manager at the Nashville Hill Center location I will never encourage anyone to work for this company and/or this particular location. I was abused and mistreated beyond measure. I was payed out and asked to never go public with my experience by corporate. The store manager at the Hill Center location kept her position. They discriminate and are proud to. They have little to no diversity in there staff endless they’ve been asked to due so by political pressures. The indoctrination of staff particularly assistant managers of color and culture is demeaning and disrespectful. I saw staff turnover rates unlike anything I’ve seen in my 10+ experience in retail. The decision to leave this review a year after my experience is to inform the public of one if not the worst company to exist. Kendra Scott may have done the work but those who manage it do not care about the field. Marissa Campbell Location: Nashville Hill Center is a clinical narcissist. If she is still in employment with the company I feel for the employees that have been hurt and impacted by her behavior. The prayer was that people change. I hope the location has changed. I hope she found herself enough to not cause anyone else pain and discomfort. I hope the HR department of Kendra Scott stopped paying out employees of culture and diversity. I will never know. I went into this location today and I left in the best mood! Kennedy went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t feel like I was making a store run, She made it feel like an experience. Kennedy thank you for everything and I will be back to see you!
I’m pretty sure this is the best experience I’ve ever had shopping at any store. The customer service is BEYOND anything I could have imagined. Kait and Kennedy W. were very welcoming, kind and attentive. Kait went ABOVE and beyond to make sure I was 1,000% satisfied with my special one of a kind pieces. I know Kendra would be proud of this store and the amazing employees she has representing her and her brand. Thank you so much ladies and everyone there I encountered during my visits. 10,000/10 recommend shopping at this store.
The vibe in this store was EVERYTHING. I stopped in just to take a look at the custom jewelry bar. Once I stepped in I saw the higher end section and fell in love with a few pieces. Kendra was attentive and let me see and try on different options. I ended up ordering a beautiful diamond band and then got an infinity bracelet in the paperclip design. It was the most fun experience of the day. I got some amazing souvenirs that I will wear all the time. The level of service that I received from the staff, but especially Kayla was phenomenal. Stop by and get a new staple piece of jewelry. Highly recommend!
Always feel welcome here. Love the jewelry and the customizability of the pieces. I’ve gone three years in a row for my 50% off item during my birthday month. Highly recommend!
My friend and I visited this store over Labor Day weekend. The store was so beautifully set up. Also, the ladies there were so helpful and kind to my friend and me. When we are back in Nashville we will definitely be back to this store. We had the best experience!
Shout out to this Kendra Scott store!! The girls in there are so sweet! They MADE my wedding earrings for me. I looked every where for the perfect earrings. She sat there with me for so long helping me find and then make the right earrings. I wish I could remember her name!! They looked amazing with my dress. Thank you so much!
I’ve loved Kendra Scott for a couple of years, but this was my first visit Instore. The associate was so so wonderful to work with. Truly wonderful service! Also, love my jewelry, of course.
This was the best experience at Kendra Scott. My helper, Jessica, literally told me to just wait a few minutes.. and little did I know she actually went to Thailand and hand cut these stone earrings for my moms co workers. 10/10 would recommended.
