Man, these folks were awesome, not only did they provide the tile and specialized water proof grout, they also took the time to give us detailed directions and tips to ensure we laid and grouted the tile successfully. This is the personal service worth going out of our way to support! It's well worth the 2.5 hour drive each way!
Needed to do a small job at the entry from our patio. Sales personnel were more than happy to help and spent quite a bit of time with me showing me different options and price ranges. They were not the least bit put off by the 25 sq foot job and the fact that we were budgeting. They offered advice on what the finished product would look like and how border tiles, grout colors etc would affect the overall look. They even offered advice on existing tile in our home and how to clean the grout. Very pleased.
Found what we liked. Special order came in super fast
I went into the store and spent a fair amount of time. I took home samples and we came up with what we wanted for our kitchen counter top. We measured and drew up a schematic representation of our kitchen. We went back to order the tiles. 2 weeks later we got a call with an approximate amount for the tiles we wanted. The after another few days we got a call stating they couldn't get half of the tiles we wanted. There were no longer available. WTF, why stock samples of stuff you aren't selling. No offer to see what they could do with similar tiles or anything. I think it was we were going to do the work ourselves. Thanks for the help. You set up back a month.
They have a great selection highest quality of Tile and carry the highest quality of Grout it’s just they just changed the ingredients to the apoxy grout The hardener is a paste and I found it was way harder to work with and I’ve been doing it a long time
Went in to get advice and look at tile to put over tub surround Don was pleasant and very helpful.We had measurements and chose plain white tile and a smaller green tile for accent.Don took our measurements and figured the amount of tile we would need We thought it was a lot of money for that small job but ordered it anyway.On the bottom of the sale slip it says no returns on special orders We did not think that plain white tile would be a special order.we also thought Don knew what he was doing and ordered the correct amount of tile When the tile came we had close to twice the amount needed A friend was going to do the tiling for us and was not able to get to the job for a few weeks We asked to return the excess tile almost a box and a half.We were told that was not an option ,it was a special order and had been over 30 days Don admitted that the excess was his error but would not take the excess tile back So much for customer service and fairness.
