Wow, had a $200 necklace that was broken, asked Macys how much it would cost to fix and they said $100 which was ridiculous. The owner here charged only $10!!! He is a very kind man, please support this small business!
I went to get my platinum engagement ring resized here and the owner did a great job with it. I went on a Wednesday and my ring was ready by that upcoming Monday. I was charged $50 for this service.
Got my wedding band resized for our wedding with short notice and it was done quickly and very well. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who runs the place, but he is a sweet guy who offered to clean my engagement ring and wedding band closer to the wedding for maximum sparkle. Just shows he’s a really good guy. Will be going here for all future jewelry needs for sure.
Nice little mom and pop jeweler, guy who owns it is this really sweet old Italian guy, John. Pretty sure he does all his work in shop, meaning better prices and if you need any work done on anything, you'll get it back faster too. So glad my fiance and I got our wedding bands here. He even talked like he'll polish our rings up for us anytime we want for free, he said he had a machine and it takes seconds. I expect to be in for a polish a lot because John and his employees are just so sweet.
My mom's been coming here for years!! I finally took my ring to get retipped and the gentleman who works here is so kind and honest! I can't believe I e been going elsewhere for repairs upgrades and maintenance of my jewelery!! He even has a nice selection of new stuff to add to any kind of jewelery collection you have
This is my favorite place to bring jewelry to be repaired- he always does a great job and has more than great prices. He was able to reduce the thickness of my earring posts, and has repaired numerous silver and gold bracelets of mine. Plus it’s good to support a small business- especially one that has been a part of Kenmore for so long!
Jewel Box is hands down the best jewelry repair place you will find. This is my second awesome experience at this place. John is so sweet, honest and his services are unbelievably affordable. I brought my old tennis bracelet and a ring to have them repaired, cleaned and some stones replaced. When I picked them up, I couldn't believe those we same pieces. My jewelry looked brand new and he charged me a fraction of what anybody else in town would. You will not be disappointed, he worth the drive.
Super nice person who helped with a watch band size for my mother. I will definitely come back here.
John is The best. Honest, talented, and he's like family to us now. I won't go anywhere else for my repairs...I even bought my diamond engagement ring from him...even though I work for Costco. That should say it right there!
Fast, AFFORDABLE, friendly service! Still can't believe that I found this hidden "gem" haha. Broken necklace chain sautered back together for $5 in a couple days when Fred Meyers quoted me $40 and 2 weeks to repair! Watch batteries replaced for $5 as well, the last 2 I brought in were done in less than 10 minutes as a walk-in. Given these unreal prices I generally tip extremely well. The man who runs the place is so sweet and engages his customers - who I'm guessing always return! It'll be a sad day when he retires.
