They offer a great selection of stamps along with albums and stamp collecting supplies.  Prompt service when ordering online.  Very competitive prices.  A great approval service for examining stamps prior to purchase.  Very friendly and professional staff.

While I typically refrain from writing negative reviews, my recent experience with this company has been quite frustrating. Despite informing them on the phone that I did not want to receive the "free 15 day review," they continued to send me stamps and statements with warning letters. I reached out to them again to explain that I did not want to receive any more items and that I would consider them as gifts if they continued to send them. However, they still continued to send them and claimed that they had no record of me asking them to stop. I found this lack of customer service disappointing and the situation felt like a scam.

I'm a beginner stamp collector and I ordered some online to start my collection. They came so carefully packaged and I was very impressed with the quality. Each stamp had a sleeve with the info written on it. So so happy with these!! Hopefully I can go in person this summer! Thank you. :

I've  dealt with Kenmore for 10 years or more.  I finally got fed up with their suprise mailings of stamps that was  costly to return or worse, being charged for shipments I didn't get or returned stamps they say they didn't receive.

Was with them for about six months no problems. They then sent a large over sized package of stamps/sheets that I never ordered. They stated it was on a 15 day trial period and to return if I didnt want it. No over size mailer was included for me to return them and I had to pay additional postage because it was a larger mailer/package. I just sent it back today with a note to cancel my service with them. This is not a good way to do business/keep customers!

Phoned to offer an FDC collection. Response shut me out. “You live outside of our normal business area.”

Predatory scam company. Ad in the newspaper said 44 stamps for $1, so I purchased them. What they don't tell you is they include a pack of bonus stamps for a "free 15 day review". You have to send them back in 15 days, or else you receive a charge if $18 with a $5 late payment added on monthly. I only wanted the 44 stamps for a dollar, they are extraordinarily sneaky with forcing you to pay for extra stamps you never asked for. I guess there's a reason they're in the ad section of the paper next to the free gold bars, what a joke this company is.  You got my $18 in your predatory practice, I guess that is what keeps your company going. Happy you have my money? I should call my newspaper and tell them to stop advertising for you. I read other reviews today that confirms what happened to me has happened to other customers for at least the last 11 years. Enjoy my $18, I hope it was worth it, crooks.

Great dealer! You can find any stamps you want at reasonable price considering the quality and assurance. Their catalogs and emails also offer interesting stamp lots, sets or supplies and they have been in the business for decades. I have been very happy with their stamps and services since December 2016.
