We LOVE Kennelworth Farms!!! Our young Labrador knows where she is going as we ride along the long, peaceful driveway. She seems to have such fu while there. When we pick her up she has her nails trimmed and has been bathed. We joke in our house and say she went to the spa with her friends. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Great place to send you pup when you can’t take her/him with you. I feel this is a very save place for pup to be.
Very happy with this place! I just had my dog stay here for the first time for 9 days for boarding and the daycare while I was away on vacation, I was worried because she just got a bad ear infection before we left and needed to get ear drops daily along with antibiotics and probiotics. When I dropped her off she asked me all the details and instructions to make sure she gets all the ear drops and medications correctly. When I picked her up today she looked happy, healthy, and her ears was happy to see her ears were all cleared up! And I didn't even get charged extra for that which I was very happy about too. I'm glad I finally found a place I can trust leaving my sweet girl when I go on vacation so I can have peace of mind knowing she's being well taken care of. I can tell she truly cares about the dogs that are staying there. So much better than boarding at TOPS... I had a bad experience with them.
We gave our dogs a weekend vacation at Kennelworth, and they seemed to love it. Sammy was the one to take care of us and our dogs, and she was an excellent service person. The only issue I had which is not their fault I guess, was that because of Covid concerns we were unable to come in and see inside the facility to see where our doggos will stay. When we came back they were happy to see us, but not too much - so we know they had a good time there.
I love this place-and my so does my dog. He gets so excited when we arrive. It’s amazing to know that he’s in good hands when we’re on vacation. We have NEVER had an issue; the staff is so kind and knowledgeable, everything is so easy. I live in Chicago and drive all the way to Grayslake because it’s worth it…we didn’t have any good experiences with boarding in the city.
Appears this facility has closed "temporarily" according to an email I received 10/6/2021. Kinda sudden, to be honest. I just boarded my dog there a week ago and all seemed fine. Not sure the reason, but hope the place reopens in the near future. They were great with my dog, and she loved going there. All the best to the staff that worked there.
My dog loves Kennelworth! He gets so excited and has a blast in the day camp. I also board him there when I travel and they’re great. They are professional and respond quickly. I also like that I can have him get a bath there before I pick him up.
My Border Collie loves staying here when we leave town. He is so excited when we arrive. And is always in wonderful condition and happy when we puck him up. Love this place!
Met sam the manager very sweet young lady.very helpful and good handling of my dog! I really like her very professional! My dog liked her to! We will be back again to board our dog soon! Very nice place!
