Kenner Veterans Park Playground

if you’re a Pokémon player, this is your to-go-to. It’s clean & peaceful. So much to explore and look at.

Looking for a place to take 2 nephews while in the area and read reviews. Not from the area. As I was reading I saw comments using the words "they should". I'd just like to say "they" is the city and tax funds are usually used for public FREE parks. I'm sure volunteers of the community would be greatly.appreciated and needed. Instead if what THEY need to do why not help. Form a group once or twice yearly and help keep YOUR PARK cleaed up . It did get nice reviews. Can't wait to visit there.

This is the park I go to for my run every other day. The run/walking trail is perfect.

Super small not the cleanest but had some cool car models Playground: Rough

Very clean. And well kept Dog-friendliness: Took our dog's an they enjoyed it. Picnic area: Great for lunch dates

Park is nice but couldn't find any restrooms so I wouldn't recommend Picnic area: Lots of grass but few free tables. However they do have gazebos but only first come first serve

Nice quiet neighborhood park. Good little walking trail circles the entire park.

A nice little park right by the airport. Some cool Vietnam war equipment and a geocache! Some interesting water fowl as well and TONS of turtles! Benches and covered picnic tables available. Public bathrooms as well

For those that remember Pontchartrain Beach, it's nice to see the pieces of the park.

Park needs A LOT of improvement! One swing was broken. I was scared to swing on the other ones. The slides were extremely dirty. One slide of the playground set was boarded off because it was broken. They just need to rebuild the whole playground! Not a place for your kids. Walking trail was nice. Atmosphere was very relaxing... like walking by the ducks. It's extremely quiet and not a lot of people.
