I started at Kenneth’s on a whim after moving to Ohio. After being matched matched with Raquel, I was a touch nervous, as it is the first time in 18 years someone different would be doing my hair. Four visits later and I am extremely happy with Raquel. She has nailed my highlight color and my haircut. It’s truly a pleasure chatting with her. I look forward to a long relationship with her. I highly recommend Kenneth’s, I’ve gone to Jada a few times and I’ve never left with a haircut I didn’t absolutely love! Called Monday as we were going out of town on Tuesday. Wasn't sure they could get me in but they did. Jaycee did my cut and it was perfect. Even my husband commented on how good it looked. Needless to say, I will use Jaycee again to cut my hair when my health will let me. She is a rising star!Service: Haircut

After 5 months in a rehab center, I was desperate to get a cut and blowout. Hannah could not have been more wonderful! I had told them when I made the appointment that I would be in a wheelchair and Hannah was so accommodating , right down to KNEELING to get the back of my head. She also pointed out where my hair is “broken” from laying in a certain place for so long. She explained it so well that I’m not panicking; I know it will be okay. Hannah is fantastic! The cut is perfect. I’m so happy . And thank you to Emmy, who fit me in for a wax!! You can almost imagine what the brows and upper lip looked like after 5 months of neglect ! Not a good place for a kids cut. I wanted my daughter to have a nice cut so brought her here. They didn’t even wash or style her hair and cut it with the kinks from the braid she had in when she arrived. Honestly it looks uneven and not good at all. Should have done it myself and saved $50. Called and tried to speak with the manager but she wasn’t helpful at all. I will also not be going to this location because of this incident and past experience. I would, however, recommend the New Albany location.Services: Haircut
