Mr. Fisher is a hardworking man. He helped me today & I couldn’t be more pleased with his customer service. I enjoyed picking out my new fur. The entire staff were excellent !! I will be back.

I have been a customer of Kent Fisher Furs for many years. I have bought and subsequently stored my furs with them and have been very satisfied with their care of my coats, friendly service, convenient location and the staff has always been very helpful and courteous. This company provided the lowest level of service that I have ever encountered. My mother who loves furs is 64, but was 63 at the time. About a month ago, she had just gotten out of the hospital a few days prior, and wanted to do some shopping/browsing to lift her spirits. She asked me to take her to one of Kent Fisher Furs "blow-out" sales that was being advertised on tv. I dropped her off and at some point while she was trying on a fur, the owner/co-owner, Carl Fisher, told her to give him the fur that she was trying on. She was confused and not sure of what to make of it at that moment. He then told her that he could not service her, and essentially asked her to leave the store. I was at another store nearby when she called me to come back to pick her up. When I arrived, I asked to speak to the owner. He told me that she had been in the store for an hour and a half and had not bought anything, and that she was disturbing his customers because she told someone that the fur she was trying on her own body, did not fit her the way she liked. He also mentioned that my mother had been to his store in the year prior and did not buy anything and that’s why he doesn’t want her there anymore. We were asked to leave, and as I was leaving, I turned to take a photo of the store to document our experience and that’s when his bouncer hit my hand, trying to knock my phone out of my hand. His bouncer then pushed me out of the store. I called the police, Baltimore County, and the responding officer told me that bouncers have the authority to forcibly remove someone from the premises, which I later found out to be false. The owner has demonstrated that unless you are spending money with him, you are not worthy of respect or dignity. I would never want to step foot in any place that do not treat people with respect, particularly my mother.

Best shopping experience. My husband bought me a fur vest and Mr. Fisher took good care of me. I trust them with my fur during the summer and they even deliver it back to me when I’m ready for it. Customer for life

I have been personally buying furs for my wife since 2004 from Kent Fisher Furs and have always found their furs to be of excellent quality, their service to be impeccable and their prices to be reasonable. Carl Fisher is an extremely talented and knowledgeable furrier and is always willing to take that extra step to make his customers entirely satisfied. The service is absolutely amazing and they have such a beautiful and stylish selection. I have 2 furs now in my collection that are so trendy- and people stop me everywhere I go to ask where I got it. Can’t wait for my next coat!

I was just trying to get some basic information about some fur coats my mother had and the lady of the phone was not very helpful and it sounded like I was just wasting her time. Not knowing anything about furs I was recommended to This company. Thank you for not helping me. Ill just try another furrier in the area.
