Everyone is amazing ! Desire is extremly knowledgeable. Ata makes you feel very welcomed with a smile every time. !. The drivers are always on time . The owner will make sure your well taken care of and that your order is always right . The hole staff goes above and beyond. I have been coming here for years now and they always have had great service. They really take the time to go through your medication and make sure you have what you need. Plus, it is always easy to phone in a prescription pickup and get it later that day with them.

We always call ahead of time to let them know we are on the way to pick up our prescription and they always never have it ready and we have to wait 10 mins for them. A lot of times we go in and we find that they've closed an hour or more early even tho we've called them to let them know we are coming and they leave anyway. Also tried to say we didn't need our medication because they believed we were "too young" to need it. Not very reliable. If you can find another pharmacy I would say switch but if it really is the only place you can get too make sure you go early in the day. 5 times we've gone there at 4pm and they closed early.

Imagine writing a review about a pharmacy! But if I could give this place ten stars, I would. I have been so well served at this pharmacy, and I am very sorry that we are moving away from it and I can no longer fill my prescriptions here. This pharmacy is awesome. The staff are always courteous, always professional, always warm and welcoming. There is such a diversity of clientele using the pharmacy, including some folks who are obviously down on their luck, and it is impressive to see the pharmacists treating all clients with dignity, respect, and... well, love. When you fill a prescription here, they give you a coupon for $1.50 to spend at the store, which is a great bonus. I did a vitamin consultation with Fabina that basically turned my health around - she offered me samples to start with, and provided a detailed vitamin plan based on my health profile. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to feel warmly welcomed when one comes in to fill a prescription. This pharmacy instantly becomes a vital part of your health team, and not just a pill dispensary filling an order. I highly recommend this business.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 3 years now and every time I get the same awesome service from the same awesome people who serve us. My prescription is always ready when I arrive and the rare time it is a little late they always do something to compensate like giving away a 5$ tim hortons gift card.

By far the best pharmacy my husband and I have ever visited. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, caring, and create an environment in which we feel safe to ask questions. We will always come back here!

They r my go to pharmacy 4 all my perscriptions always friendly they even remember my name. Not 1 staff member I haven't liked. Awesome pharmacists they never make anyone feel less than, as I'm a methadone client whose in twice a week sometimes more if I loose my carries and I've never felt uncomfortable ever. Definitely worth giving them a shot.

Pharmacist at the time, in August, reused the syringe on multiple people getting the COVID vaccination. Should have followed my gut feeling when walking into the store and seeing a pretty rundown shabby place, even though it had government approval to give vaccinations. Beyond unhappy, as is my granddaughter, who was one of the victims!!

Just Read a news article from CTV that Pharmacist Bhanu Prasad Seelaboyina, the Pharmacy Manager, was reusing syringes to give the COVID vaccine. If you got your vaccine here I would urge you to seek medical care. The risk is low as he was apparently only reusing the plastic tube which holds the vaccine solution, not the actual syringe. But better to be safe.

what a great experience I had in this pharmacy. Such a caring and welcoming staffs, always charming and friendly and very professional too. They care about your health and give u as much as info about the medications. Love to come in this pharmacy
