Be careful with Ed kent. Make sure that you completely read and follow the agreement that you signed. He may be well within his rights but he does not play nice. Kirk apartments on North Federal are a mess. There were ceiling tile missing when I moved in and I was told they would be replaced quickly. 4 months later no tile. The entryway is a sty. Full of leaves never swept never cleaned. In the 4 months I have been here I have never heard a vacuum cleaner run in the hallway. The laundry equipment is filthy. If someone above you or below you smokes you can be sure that you will smoke also.
Had an appointment to check out a unit here, I was told 800 over the phone. We show up and all of a sudden it's 1200. The lady at the front desk, attitude sucks. She may need a course on diversity in the workplace. To put it plainly, she wasn't feeling my color.
Ed Kent is a great man. I fled from an abusive relationship and he met me on a Saturday knowing I needed immediate housing! Such a kind hearted man. God bless him. I do have a past and he overlooked my past flaws and seen the good in me. I will forever be thankful my kids love their new home!
