The Keohane family provided my family with the highest possible level of service. I arrived, as an out of town person, to make arrangements for my son's unexpected death and I knew from our very first contact that I was in professional hands. The family provided for me not only in matters dealing with my son but also assisted me with recommendations for other professional services. At every step they were compassionate, kind and caring. I unequivocally recommend the Keohane family as people who will care for you in your time of need.
The staff of Keohane were warm, kind, sensitive and understanding of my family’s needs. They were attentive to every little detail ensuring that our mother had both a beautiful wake and funeral. Words can’t begin to explain how grateful we are to the staff at Keohane.
Keohane was caring, respectful and professional for my mother's wake and funeral. They were very helpful in the preparation of funeral arrangements leading up to the wake, guiding us along the way. During the funeral procedings they took the lead and organized the funeral procession, mass and burial with great care.
Very professional and take the time to walk you through what can be a very emotional process. They truly care about giving your loved one the most respectful and honorable ceremony. I had experience with other funeral homes in the area and can honestly say I was deeply impressed with the professionalism displayed by Keohane.
There are no words to describe how grateful our family is to ALL the staff at Keohanes. From the moment we started planning in advance under heavy emotional stress dealing with our Dad's declining health, to the minute we were greeted by the staff at the wake and the period in between, the employees at Keohanes were extraordinarily compassionate and a tremendous source of comfort. We would especially like to thank Tracy Ginty, Joe Reardon, Timmy Keohane, John Congdon, Ken McPhee, Dan Coughlin, and Margeaux Bettencourt. Losing a loved one is never easy. Our family was more than pleased with our experience with Keohane in Quincy! Meeting with John Congdon he helped us finalize our plans with the most empathetic mannerism. He made us feel like our loved one was the most important priority. He followed up with emails, phone calls, it was like he was assigned to us personally. We felt very cared for and Keohane offered extras that helped alleviate stress on us to do on our own! Everything was just beautiful! I highly recommend Keohane and wished we used them for recently lost loved ones. They put their competition to shame! I recently lost my Dad. The Keohane family was so amazing in helping us navigate through this process. John Congdon and his team were not only professional, they were thoughtful and personal. The attention to detail and personal touches and care showed toward myself and my entire family were way beyond our expectations. Our dealings with Carolyn at Keohane’s Quincy for my husbands sudden, tragic passing were seamless. She handled everything with grace, compassion, and professionalism. She spoke like she knew us, which created comfort in an awful time. Each employee we interacted with throughout all the services were amazing.
