Since 1996 our office has focused its practice in the representation of community associations. Keough & Moody, P.C. has developed a uniquely proactive system for collecting delinquent assessments. Our staff also diligently acts upon client requests. We obtain results quickly and we notify our clients promptly. We are proud of the fact that our clients describe us as responsive and communicative. Our firm currently consists of seven (7) attorneys and a large support staff. We represent over eight hundred condominium, townhome and homeowner's associations throughout the State of Illinois. Our services for associations include, but are not limited to, collection of past due assessments, covenant enforcement, courtroom litigation (including developer liability), revision of and amendments to by-laws and declarations, attendance at regular monthly as well as annual Board meetings, corporate and contract matters. We also assist in the turnover of associations from developers, and conversion projects.
