Highly knowledgeable staff, with a great selection of reptiles and supplies. I recommend going through the zoo portion, and feeding the huge tortoise!
They're really nice and seem very experienced. It was a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I really loved the vipers. I've never gotten to see one in person. They have a large variety of interesting snakes, turtles and lizards. They also sell some pet supplies and were very helpful and friendly with the customers that came in.
Well what can I say about this place, and chad griffin. I can say I found this man on YouTube he never met me before. I had a horrible respiratory infection with a large Burmese python I took in. Chad with no questions asked gave me his number we spoke for nearly 2 hours I had been through 2 vets 3 different antibiotics. She was litteraly on her death bed. Chad spent weeks talking me through how to get her better well it’s going on a year, and a half maybe more my girls still alive, and healthy. I can’t say enough of what an amazing person this man, and his family are. He knows so much about these animals I tell everyone that says how great I did with my large snake rehabbingher I diddnt do anything Chad Griffin saved her life I just followed his expert advice these are amazing people can’t wait to meet chad in person.
We got to meet our friends at Kernersville zoo today! We drove 2 hours for this experience and it was worth every second. We took our Boa in to have her tailed looked at- Chad was thorough and explained exactly how to help her. All their snakes are in such enrichment filled environments and are taken care of so well. We can’t say enough good things about Chad, his kindness, thoroughness, and knowledge. 5 stars- absolutely love!!
Excellent place with healthy and happy animals! Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Good prices and great selection. Highly recommend checking out their Reptile Rangers YouTube channel for those interested in learning more about many reptiles.
Awesome reptile store. Animals you don’t get to see every day and the animals are healthy. Customer service was great. Chad the owner is very helpful and thorough when answering questions as well as his sons Sabastian and Balian
This was a great little hole in the wall reptile zoo. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and they had a great selection of reptiles to look at. The place was a little messy as it wasn't too well organized and it was a little dirty, but the small area they have, they used it all to display information on all sorts of reptiles. I definitely would come back, as their King Cobra was taking a nap.
RACIST. we were not greeted upon entry, and the workers stood and watched us. My friend asked was all of the reptiles put away, out of concern due to us seeing cages left opened, and the owner responded rudely "WHY WOULD THEY NOT BE?" Just rude and terrible customer service.
I've been there before, remember me, I'm the guy who bring that ball Python in, and you told me how to do stuff with it, like the lights, the heating pad, getting rid of all of that, and I bought tickets to go and see the alligators in the zoo and stuff. I'm the one who put the turtles all that.
My husband and I and our kids love this place! The owners Chad and Christina are amazing as well as their 2 boys! Chad can get basically whatever you want when it comes to reptiles and even others like hedge hogs, pet monkey’s ANYTHING! We support you guys 100% these guys are very great people. They even homed our 20 some ball pythons when we were in the process of moving they took care of all of them! We are greatly appreciated by everything that you guys have done for us and love you like family! This place and the family that built the reptile zoo are just amazing! I recommend everyone go to The Reptile Zoo it’s just AMAZING!
