We are new to the area and our 6-year-old Boston was having difficulty breathing. I called SEVERAL vets in the area within a 20-mile radius to see if anyone could see my dog. Everyone said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could see him. At Kernersville Vet Hospital, I took him the same day. They didn’t charge me an arm and a leg, and they took care of my dog. He’s so much better. The love and care they showed him is much appreciated. Dr. Lisa is awesome!!
I've had mix experiences here. I will say the vets here normally have good people and pet skills. The wait here is normally long. I do love they have a walk in clinic that's not like $500 dollars. That is very helpful for pet owners. Lately my visits have been nice and helpful and the prices were okay.
This was a first time visit and I took my two 1 year old cats. I liked how there are separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming and Dr. Lisa did great with both cats. I look forward to making Kernersville Vet our primary clinic for years to come.
We brought our dog on a walk in day. We were told the wait would be between an hour and an hour and a half and if we weren’t there when they called our name they would take us off the list. We waited two hours to be seen and stayed outside and then came inside when it got too cold. Our vet was awesome as she always is and did her usual thorough check up on Abby. But the two hour wait was not something we anticipated so our entire afternoon was taken up with waiting to get her in. She she was sick so we needed to see the vet. I would recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment.
After numerous calls to vets to try to schedule a sick appointment, Kernersville Veterinary Hospital was the only call that said, be here before 4 o’clock and we can see him. The staff was awesome, loved the separate entrance for cat owners, facility was super clean, very pleasant atmosphere. For everything they did the price was fair and he is now on his road to recovery. Thank you to all the staff that saved Oscar’s day and helped in getting him well.
Had a dog who was very sick. No vets locally are taking new patients or appointments are months out if they do. Called Kernersville Vet and was told they accepted walk-ins. I did have to wait a couple of hours but once we were taken back to the room, the Dr was very concerned and showed nothing but true professionalism. He explained the diagnosis in terms we could understand and we were on our way. The staff are awesome as well. Very low cost from what I am use to. Definitely recommend them for your pets needs.
Took our dog for her yearly check up. The veterinarian and tech were both very polite and attentive. They handled our dog well, with respect. The veterinarian answered my many questions patiently and thoroughly. I have not been disappointed in the services we have received over the year we have been using them.
We took our 14 year old mini doxie in to the Kernersville Veterinary Hospital as he was having trouble seeing, going on the walks we used to take, getting up a couple of steps to get into the house, and he had began biting me, his human mommy. The staff at Kernersville Veterinary Hospital was very kind, sympathetic and professional. They let me pet and love on him throughout the procedure and even after. I am sure that Jingles is having fun playing with the other doggies in doggy heaven. He will always be missed by me and the rest of his human family. Thank you for making this sad choice and experience a peaceful and loving experience for our furry family member.
We were a walk in & new to NC. They took excellent care of my new puppy that injured her shoulder being a crazy puppy jumping off furniture. The prices were very reasonable & we were seen quickly. I’d recommend this vet & have decided to use them for our vet for the puppy & our other dog
Not our normal vet. Took my cat in during walk-in hours as our reg vet didn’t have availability. Desk staff were nice and prompt. The vet was really great. She explained everything to me and was very gentle with my pet. Deff recommend this office!
