Kerrville Funeral Home helped us through the extremely difficult loss of my husband. I worked primarily with Reese Taylor. He was compassionate, professional, and accommodated our family to create the services that we desired. All communication was prompt; calls/text/emails were returned usually during the same business day. I highly recommend KFH and I would chose them again if I needed their services.
Horrible lady on the phone. My x husband passed away and I had a very simple question and she bluntly said I will not get a death certificate and only his son will. IF that is not ugly WOW She does not even know the circumstances. I had asked if she could give me the location of his death and finally I got she does not know, Since then I found out from another source. She also said the certificates were not in yet and they take 2-3 weeks. OK, fair. BUT wow. Just went off on me without any information. My X husband and I were friends after our divorce so there was zero animosity between us so for a stranger to be so rude is stunning. HORRIBLE service. Death is bad enough!
For something as difficult as losing a beloved parent, I must extend my deepest gratitude to Kerrville Funeral Home. Their kindness, sincerity, and utmost respect will always tremendously appreciated by myself and my family.
Gene Allen and his staff are some of the most professional people we have worked with in planning a funeral. This was not my first funeral to plan, but it was my first time to work with Kerrville Funeral Home. I had to plan a funeral for.our daughter in 1985 in Houston, TX, for both of my in-laws in in Kingsland, TX, in the early 2000s and for my dad in 2011 in Burnet, TX. This funeral was for my husband with two services one in Kerrville and one in Houston with his burial in Houston.. They executed every detail perfectly. I can highly recommend Kerrville Funeral Home.
Very unsatisfied with the service. They made an already difficult time even more difficult. Our initial meeting went well then we didn’t hear from them again. We had to call daily to get an update and any messages that were left were not returned. Then we found out that what we were told during our first meeting was false. Shame on this funeral home. I didn’t think my heart could break anymore after our loss and they just made everything worse. I hear Grimes or Schaetter is a better choice.
Kerrville Funeral Home staff is helpful, caring, and professional. They went above and beyond to care for my family. The funeral home building is very nice and the video they made for my family member was a special tribute.
My uncle passed away in New Braunfels, TX. The funeral home staff was very attentive and responded immediately. Very caring and compassionate. They went above and beyond getting the Border Patrol involved to participate in a proper send off as he was a tired agent.
Kerrville Funeral Home was wonderful when my mother passed away. Not only made sure I wasn't spending more than needed and took excellent care of her.Picked out a beautiful urn and included 2 keepsake necklaces for my girls to have.
We have used KFH multiple times and their entire staff is always friendly, patient, helpful and understanding. They will go out of their way to make sure you and your loved one is given the best care.
Very rude & impatient staff that makes a difficult situation even more difficult. Took multiple attempts to get spelling of deceased correct on paper work and claimed it was wrong on social security card which it was not. Was informed by other locals to use Grimes for service and would advise to do so.
