The price of a dollar is wonderful. There were 8 visible employees counting 4 alert lifeguards maybe more. Three lifeguards on towers surrounding the Olympic Pool. The water was cool, clean and clear. Plenty of shade and seating around the pool. Was midweek and I counted 60 people mostly children enjoying the pool. Close by clean restrooms. Love it there.
If you bring children under 11 you are required to stay-I always stay to supervise anyway-BUT they require you to stay AND pay to sit and watch your kids. I know it’s $1 but it’s a ridiculous expectation that you have to pay when it is their requirement that you stay.
My family and I had a blast swimming here. Lifeguard staff is very attentive and helpful. Love that they don't charge for life jackets, my little one discovered the joy of getting out in the water thanks to them, once he had a life jacket on he had the biggest smile I've ever seen on his face! My oldest came out of his shell and was going off the diving board!
For me it's a great family place to go to. Not a lot of people, stuff is friendly and you don't have a hard time keeping an eye on your child ren. Olympic size pool, no slides, just a relaxing time. Grass is grown everywhere, so the cement is not burning ur feet! And a kiddie size pool.
Awesome pool to get a break from the heat
I thought the place went through a renovation. Only thing new was the blue and yellow floating bridge thing. Bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper in 2 of the stalls. But paying only a dollar was great.
They need to keep the children out of the lap only lane . There were up to 12 kids just screwing around in the lane . I almost got jumped on top of numerals times and the life guards did absolutely nothing . It was ridiculous.
Loved that there were life guards everywhere. Even for the kiddie pool. Enjoyable and fun.
For just $1 you can swim from 12p to 6p. It never seems to crowded. I would have given it 5 stars but they play terrible music too loud and let kids play catch in the pool.
Great place to swim. I like how the lifeguards don't play around they are there to do their job not make friends. $1 wow you can't beat that. Always fun when we go!!!
