On weekday evenings, they play really loud punk rock music. Unfortunately, I do like some rock and this rock is not very good many out of tune high notes and the set is quite repetitive. Not very good neighbors, tbh. I used to be in a jazz band, so I feel like I have the ability to say — there’s a difference between practicing music for the purpose of rehearsing and improving vs. enjoying hearing the sound of your own voice/instrument using multiple amps with windows open. They are the latter. Renters and home owners, beware.
Awful acoustics. Seats are extremely uncomfortable. Great artists come here, though.
Great faculty and staff in a gorgeous, historic building. What's not to like?
