I'm honestly not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here. Shelly was pleasant both over the phone, and in person. She even made sure I could set the Traps myself, before leaving them with me. I thought she was a lovely lady.
Our dog was attacked by two other dogs in my neighborhood. I called animal control and talked to Shelly Davies and told her what had happened. She was right on top of things and even had to make several trips out to contact the owners of the other dogs. I won't go into too many details because I may have to go to court over this matter but I feel that I was very well taken care of.
Absolutely awful. After multiple calls were made to ask for help for a dog outside my work we got one reply, "We have other things we need to do." The rest of our phone calls were directed straight to voicemail and I still don't know if the dog got the help it truly needed. We all have jobs. Theirs was to help a poor, malnourished, starving dog. Mine isn't to stand outside and watch it suffer, but if it was I'm a star employee today. Don't count on them.
Shelly Davis called me back the next day and had informed me of the plan that’s going to happen to bring my neighbor that beats his dog to justice.
