I recently had Ketti make/remake 2 very important pieces of jewelry for me. We consulted online first and she listened to me and asked several pointed questions that helped lead to the perfect designs for me and my lifestyle. Ketti will do whatever you want - from extravagant designs to simple creations and everything in between. She offers her expertise and ideas, but in the end, lets you make the call. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. BTW, her store is beautiful and everything in there is really spectacular. Ketti is the ultimate 'jewelry whisperer'!
A few months ago I made the decision to have my rings cut off due to my swollen fingers from arthritis and some weight gain. I was sad worried my wedding ring was gonna be ruined. But knew I had to do it. I went to Gemsmith and they were amazing. Painlessly cut my ring off and advised me to wait a few months. I went back a few months later they resized me and repaired my ring to perfection. I cannot express how happy I am with the customer service. Also, the talented staff who fixed my ring. I feel like a new bride!! Highly recommend! Also, the gorgeous jewelry selection was bountiful.

More than just a jewelry store. Custom design service and top notch repair all under one roof. The staff treats you like family, takes the time to fully understand your needs, and deliver the best option for your budget. After one visit you will not want to go anywhere else.
Was surprised to have such a strange experience here the other day. Fiancee and I stopped here first looking for our wedding bands, and the woman working was not very welcoming and almost every time she spoke it came off as very condescending. She made me very anxious. I'm not a huge jewelery person so I don't know a lot about styles, and she made me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about and wasn't very helpful at all. The selection was very small from what she showed and very overpriced. We stayed for maybe 10 minutes before moving onto our next location where I found the most beautiful band that was appropriately priced. They have gorgeous jewelry, but I wouldn't suggest going here for wedding bands to anyone.
Joelle and her team are very courteous and professional. Excellent variety of high-quality gems and beautiful jewelry. Always very helpful and sincere. If you are looking to buy new jewelry or have something repaired, Gemsmith Jewelry store is great go to jewelry store in Toms River.
One on on attention while shopping and great patience while choosing the best way to mount the piece of sea glass I brought in Thank you Update we just got married, thank you Ketti for creating such amazing works of art for us to wear on our special day and always.
