Great local stop for doughnuts and coffee that’s a step up from your typical yum yum or California doughnuts. Their specialty items are tasty and they make a decent latte. The staff there are also incredibly friendly and attentive. We love coming here as a local weekend stop for a little something sweet. I will say however, if you are something of a a doughnut connoisseur you may by a little let down. Don’t get me wrong, these are good doughnuts. But there are small things - like their buttermilk doughnuts being a bit more oily as opposed to having that light crunch on the outside and softness on the inside. And their plain glazed are ever so slightly chewier than they are soft maybe just a little stale? I can’t quite put my finger on it. All in all it’s a fun friendly place to grab a treat, but if you’re seeking the truly gourmet experience, I think this place falls just below that.
Very delicious old fashioned style donuts. I came here with my fiance and we decided to try the vegan donuts which were strawberry cake flavored with icing on top. The donuts were AMAZING, so fresh soft and delicious. Mmmmm we will definitely be making this our new local donut quick stop for regular and vegan friendly donuts! The customer service was great also, we were greeted and taken care of very well.
I was visiting a friend and found this place as a suggestion nearby. The location is small with limited parking but the quality of the donuts were fantastic. Very fresh and good quality food! I am a fan of their old fashioned glaze variety of donuts but you cannot go wrong with any option. Enjoy !
The shop seems to be unimpressive, but the variety and quality of donuts is really at a high level. I recommend to stop by and indulge. The line of locals which is forming in the morning is a testimony of the quality.
I like this place! There were about 20 choices of donut at the counter and some interesting flavor combinations I hadn't tried before. My favorite was this plain sugar-dusted donut which was on the top left of the case. Also I had some if a lemon blueberry which was great. Donuts were between $2-$3 each, there was a nicely designed coffee bar and everything was super clean and safe.
Kettle Glazed half dozen - 5 ! Glazed, apple fritter, nutter butter, Boston creme, raspberry fill lemon glaze, strawberry rhubarb This is a real hidden gem! I eat a lot of donuts and like pizza, even mediocre donuts are often good for me. But when you find a very high quality donut you immediately notice. Kettle Glazed has a really really good donut. A couple of highlights from this batch. They fill the Boston creme after you order. This is genius. Creme is as fresh as it gets. The strawberry rhubarb had big chunks of jammy fruit. The raspberry with a lemon frosting is chef's kiss. The center of the nutter butter is chewy like taffy but better. This donut place is in my top 3 for LA.
Never had a cronut before. This was a spectacular culinary experience. Cream filled once ordered, Cinnamon-sugar dipped with a chocolate drizzle. Super fresh and delicious. Daughter had a Vanilla vegan donut with Vanilla icing she loved. Worth the stop on the way to the Hollywood sign. Great coffee also!
Always excellent. A company I work for sources here, and I gotta say its not only efficient, but friggin delicious. Otherwise Ive been coming here before I even worked for stated company cause theyve got a nice mom n pop feel to them. Great spot for a quick bite, or just sitting down to brainstorm ideas over coffee. Absolute maximum dedication to making people feel good instead of trying to make a quick buck by being a "Donut and Coffee Shop in Hollywood." Highly reccomend. Its where you can taste the love.
Interesting flavors & really nice employees. However, I thought the donuts were decent but not to the caliber of the other more notable LA donut shops. check it out if you want some unique varieties. Go early as I went in afternoon and there were limited options.
Liked all the donuts I tried here but the thing about this place is that I usually don’t like filled donuts but thissss one hit different. The jam was very good - definitely fresh & not too sweet. I was surprised I liked it. Also the dough in the Crumb Donut was perrrfect
