I hate buying furniture cause some sales people smother you and just won’t leave you alone! Our salesman Steve was great. He gave us room to look with no pressure to buy. He helped save us money for a box spring and delivery was prompt with very nice young men . Kettle River has by business from now on.
Our salesperson was amazing but the sales manager, Tim, was very condescending. I wonder if he would have spoken to a man in the same manner. Pat was awesome but we won’t be back because of Tim. Can’t believe they let a guy like that manage their store.
Todd was very helpful and knowledgeable about the dining room sets we looked at. The store has a nice selection of furniture and we are happy with our selection , price, and quality. We will highly recommend Kettle River Furniture to our friends and family. The Heine.eiers
Had a wonderful experience yesterday at kettle river after a not so good experience at another store. Sheila was great to work with and found the perfect couch for me in my price range and it was much higher quality than the one I was considering at the other store. Highly recommend, ask for Sheila!
I wanted to buy a picture from Kettle River. It would not fit in my car but they said they could deliver it; for $100. I was an excellent purchaser at Kettle River. I live in Glen Carbon Il. $100 to deliver a picture? I cancelled my order and will not shop there again.
My wife and I bought a power recliner and sectional sofa with recliners, and it took TWO months to get them delivered. Then one of the pieces of the sectional did not fit right, so they had to order a new piece. The sectional sofa was delivered in the beginning of May after ordering it in the beginning of March. Here it is almost August and we still do not have the piece that needs to be replaced. Seems it takes longer to get one piece, rather than a whole set, 3 months and still waiting! Not happy! Things take forever to get resolved. If and when we decide to get more new furniture we will think heavily before doing business here again.
I was looking for a specific type of sectional. I wasn't able to get to the store right away, but Rebecca replied to my inquiry right away and promptly answered all my questions. She was extremely friendly and helpful in person when I finally got to meet her. Sectional is even more amazing in person than the pictures indicated.
I have bought many items at Kettle River Furniture and have never been disappointed. The quality and service is the best.
We were very happy with our experience and purchases at Kettle River. Our Design Consultant, Sheila Simpson saw where were looking and did an excellent job of presenting various choices that matched our wishes/needs showing that she was very attentive and listening. She was very knowledgeable but did not hesitate to get answers to any question she was unsure about. I can say we believe the prices reflect the quality of the product and the process. The delivery employees were very pleasant and we love our couch and chairs. We definitely would recommend Kettle River Furniture.
This is my third purchase from kettle river and I will continue going back. Todd was great and informative. Can't wait for my new furniture. Thanks so much!
