Kevin Evans has been a multi-million dollar producer since coming to Oakridge Realtors six years ago. As an almost-lifetime resident of Waterloo, he is very familiar with properties in the Cedar Valley.

Involved in the community would be an understatement when referring to Kevin Evans. Kevin has been an active member of the Northeast Iowa Food Bank, the Kiwanis Club, the Cedar Falls Sports & Entertainment Commission, the Waterloo Golf Hall of Game, the Waterloo Leisure Services Commission, the Waterloo Elks Club, the American Heart Association, the Iowa Hall of Pride in Des Moines, the University of Northern Iowa Athletic Hall of Fame and the Iowa Wrestling Hall of Fame Selection Committee. He graduated from West High and worked for the Waterloo Courier Sports Department for over 41 years. Kevin is in the University of Iowa Media Wall of Fame, the Waterloo Golf Hall of Fame and the Iowa Wrestling Hall of Fame.
