Popped in without a reservation on a Saturday morning and they were able to see me with no wait. It was my first pedicure of the season and Mavlen turned my horse hooves into cute well manicured feet. I'll most definitely be back.

Have had good experiences here when I go, recently went yesterday and Anna did a great job! She was very meticulous and I love my nails. I utilize this salon and one other not in New Haven. Will return.Services: Nail art

Honestly go anywhere else if you can because they are a very busy place and don’t take time to give quality services. I went there for a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was not great but not that noticeably bad. The gel manicure is what tipped the scales for me. I had to get TWO gel manicures because the first one bubbled on all 10 nails as soon as I got home. I put pictures below. When I called to get help with the bad manicure they asked me what I wanted to do so I chose to have my manicure redone. That was a mistake because they filed my nails a lot during the first manicure then filed them more during me 2nd manicure the happened the day after my original manicure. My nails are now brittle and keep breaking even with the new gel set on top of my nails. Also the 2nd gel set has major lifting and chipped during the 1st week of me having it not to mention how I literally saw one of the technicians who I believe was the owner get into a cursing argument with a client. Just go somewhere else if you can help it or if you care about the health of your nails and the quality of service.Services: Pedicure

They did an amazing job on my eye brows. But my upgraded pedicure was so relaxing and worth every penny spent.

These nail technicians are always super friendly and accommodating to my needs. They are flexible with appointment times offered, which I appreciate since my schedule is always changing. I also love the variety of services offered! Everything is kept very clean. I’ve had a good laugh with every employee that has cared for my nails and waxing. I’m so happy I found this spa! Idk what the name of the guy in the 3rd seat to the left is but I will never go to him again. I'm on my way to a different salon to get 3 nails fixed on a full set that he just finished 10 mins ago.

I left Mk nail for a year because of bad service. I decided to come back as of today. The new owner is very personable, polite and pleasant. She wants to make sure you’re comfortable and that means a lot, The technicians are knowledgeable and work hard and are pleasant. I didn’t feel as if I was a burden when ever I asked a question or wanted something a certain way. It was never a problem, and I appreciate that so it’s why I gave them a 10, Thanks for reading!Services: Acrylic nails

Terrible news experience. Will never come back. I had an appointment for nails and feet and couldn’t get my nails done because they started someone else’s who didn’t have an appointment when I was actually DONT getting my feet done. The staff don’t know anything. Only one who understood anything was the lovely nice older Spanish lady. The rest SUCK
