Our Location
Key Fitness is fortunate to have access to the clean, spacious training floors of Boltz's Family Martial Arts Academy. This prime training space is designed for premium martial arts training which lends itself perfectly to the comfort, safety and durability required to move, shake, lift and bend like we do!
Key Fitness is conveniently located less than one mile from I-35E and Highway 110 in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. We are family-owned and operated and convenient to all corners of the Twin Cities metro area.
Our History
In September 2010, we began a cardio kickboxing program at Boltz's Family Martial Arts Academy several days a week. The program quickly grew to include a variety of awesome formats.
To enhance the vitality of our neighborhood by providing opportunities to boost self-confidence, gain strength, create a happier you, and cultivate lasting friendships one sensational class at a time.
