Key Fitness is unique in that our mission is to provide medically-based fitness training to everyone—from the elite athlete to the older, sedentary person who would like to be more fit but doesn’t know how to begin—and to all those in between.
Our leading edge facility gives us the ability to use the most advanced technology, including state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, when designing your individual program. We are NOT a one-size-fits-all fitness center.
When designing your personal program, our professionally trained staff will take into consideration input from your physician, your health history, and your personal fitness goals to develop a customized wellness program just for you.
Key Fitness is Medically Integrated because we have a medical advisory board and we work with the medical community to enhance the continuum of health care. Most chronic diseases can be controlled with even a moderate amount of activity.
