A Latino/Hispanics dream come true or anyone who loves that kind of food. A great and expansive selection of all types of foods from various Hispanics cultures/countries. As well as a generous selection of different beers so that’s always a plus. Now for the main reason I come here, THAT FOOD COURT! Love the food court here even though it’s small it is delicious . The amount of food you get and how good it is will leave you planning your next trip back. Usually 2-3 different types of rice , 6-8 selections of either meats/fish/poultry and over 5* different sides. Even aside from that my main reason for coming is always the Frituras , specifically the Colombian Empanadas & Alcapurrias . I’ve been nothing but happy ever since this place was established here and I love it.
We are new to the area and was pleasantly surprised when we decided to enter your store. Being a second generation Cuban living in Ohio for the past 25 years we always struggled to find ethnic products. We thought being in Florida it would be easy but was quickly disappointed on how much we had to drive. Key foods entered our lives and enjoying good quality products at fair prices has been great!! The food court is just awesome! Keep up the good work!
Came here today and I was impressed! The store is extremely clean and well-lighted. They have an excellent selection of fresh produce, meats, and fish. They have many things that cannot be found at a Publix or WD. I live over a half an hour away from here but it was worth the drive. I will definitely return!
I went to get lunch at 10:40 am they have old the rice but not bean ready i have to way to 11:10 to be ready that is not a good services for customer the said in 10 minute and no manager at the store went I ask
Nice clean and well merchandised store. Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of different culture products. Fresh departments looked appealing. The deli hot foods looked awesome.
"Speak English” please and you would get “But the simple fact that this company refuses to hire people who speak English is a total "disrespect” to this great country. I think the name change from bravo to key foods was a dismal attempt to Lure more "American customers” from our local area >but what difference does a name change make when you can’t go inside and communicate in English?… it’s no wonder so many Americans want stronger Immigration policies.
So glad I decided to enter key food in Mt. Dora. I was so surprised to see the large variety of Latin foods that you have. Employees are very polite and friendly. I will definitely visit you again.
Good selection of ethnic brand, fruits and veg. Some prices can be higher than Walmart or Publix. The hot food is well made and authentic. I like the live plants for sale. I buy them frequently.
I went to the deli or diner and ordered some food which included some shredded pork. There were pieces of the pork that had been overcooked so much they were too hard to chew and I ended up cracking a tooth. To a little bit of their defense the tooth was already cracked a little and the food was very tasty but overcooked none-the-less.
Today around 9:30am, my husband and I was followed around store by the manager Michael. While shopping my husband felt dizzy after taking medication however I went to get some empanadas so he can put food on his stomach instead of him acknowledging us he followed me. I’ll never shop there again. I hope he feels like an idiot after spending 300 dollars. He’s not management material and needs to find another hobby instead following black people.
