30 years we've been with Key - the last 25 we've called this branch home even though they insisted we retain our original account with the Gig Harbor, WA account. Today another simple process that their competitor down the road handled easily - an overpayment on a refi payoff check to one of our numerous accounts at Key. Chase - takes similar check and assures us a refund will come. Key? Can't do it - how about a mgr - they are with customers. Hmmm - I used to be a customer.
Absolutely wonderful! They caught a guy who forged my check and called me to verify. If it was not for her they would’ve got away with more of my money. Thank goodness for ppl like you. I appreciate you!
Asked a teller today about what I would need to do a name change on my account. She said, as they were not busy and I was the only one in the bank, that I could walk back and ask the lady at the desk because she would know. When I walked back there, I got a big attitude from another woman on the other side of the office that I could have a seat, twice actually when I tried to explain. The woman I came to talk to actually went on to do a few other things and said more than once that she would be right with me. If they weren’t going to let me ask her, I don’t know why one of the tellers couldnt just ask for me. I really didn’t have extra time to wait today, and when I told the teller I would just come back another time she insisted that it would be very quick given the simplicity of the question I was asking. My only issue was the attitude and lack of customer centered focus the two employees in the office had. I understand having other priorities but the attitude I received told me that I was unwelcome.
Their atm stole 700$ from me. Chad the branch manager avoided my phone calls and lied saying he would call me back for days and days. They held my money hostage for 2 weeks and said they had 7-10 days to get my money back. Well it's business day 10 and still no money. This place is awful.
Terrible service last Friday when I deposited a check which is a very simple transaction. Now almost a week later I’m finding out they made and error and the funds still aren’t in my account.
Takes 20-30min in drive thru. Terrible branch manager! Switching banks based on terrible service at this branch several times!
