Updating this again. I see I'm not the only review to complain about being charged fees for a closed account. Keybank provided the payoff amount to the title company, yet somehow after we closed our Keybank loan and paid it off, a month later we owed them $450. This is the worst bank in America talking about Keybank HQ and this is a horrible branch that doesn't know what they are doing nor how to fix the problems that Keybank HQ creates. Somehow I started a loan with Keybank in November of 2022 for $79,000 and when we closed it 6 months later we had a balance of $81500 and had paid over $1000 in fees. Doesn't make any sense at all. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK previously I wrote: If I could give 10 negative stars I would. If you want to do business with a bank who will double charge you and not return calls nor fix the problem, and sell you products that they don't actually have, this is the bank for you. Worst banking experience of my entire life. Lies. Selling products that they don't have but you won't know until after you close. Poor responsiveness. Poor follow through. Excruciating. I cannot recommend this bank to anyone. Beware.
I’ve had several accounts with Key Bank over the last 20 years. Recently I went into the Daybreak branch in South Jordan. I needed help refinancing my mortgage. It saved us thousands of dollars and was so easy to do. I appreciate their professionalism. I would not hesitate to reach out to them for all of your banking needs.
Good location, great staff, clean building. I’ve been coming here for 3 years. The construction has made it tricky lately but when it’s done this intersection should be massively improved.

I just got done opening an account here at the district branch. I could go on forever about this experience. Zach and Jake are everything I’ve been looking for to help with my personal finances and with my business. I had my two youngest daughters with me who were a bit hyper, and not only were these guys patient, they turned the experience for my kids into something that now has them asking to go back. I’ve banked with a lot of banks and these guys know what personal relationship means. Thanks guys. Seriously. Thank you.
Miserable bank. If their object was to get rid of customers they are doing a wonderful job. I had a CD but I would periodically get notices that I would be charged if I didn't do something with my checking account. When my CD matured I withdrew all my money. A few months later I received letter that I was sent to collection for maintenance fees on a zero balance. They said they didn't have ability to wave the fees, ... but they would take my money if I came in.
