Anna was so super helpful with an extremely annoying banking situation I had recently. She took care of it with virtually no questions asked. I was just getting ready to go to a different bank. Now I will stay with KB thanks to Anna!!
Everyone who works at this branch is extremely helpful and kind. The only bank I use where I actually enjoy going into the lobby instead of the drive thru atm.
I opened up a new account and it has taken over 10 days for me to be able to touch any of my money. I have to pay bills and other expenses and I can't even do that. Would not suggest opening an account at any key bank.
the tellers are great but the they have ripped me a few times in the past key the company that is but they are still my bank ugh but the tellers at this branch are always nice
You say your open until 4 on Fridays get there way before 4 and your closed I go to the one on chestnut and it's closed at 4 when it says your open until 5 on Friday. Can't even pay bills
This branch is really nice and helpful. Key Bank in general... not so much!!
I went there this morning and the teller was extrmely rude. I wont be using this branch again.
Excellent service, especially during this difficult time.
