We offer health/wellness coaching for individuals, as well as workshops for groups; all centering on whole living, including dietary and lifestyle changes.
If you feel like your personal health is leaving you with more questions than answers, or if you know something needs to change but you don't know where to begin, a health coach might be just what you are looking for! Health Coaching (also known as Wellness Coaching) is all about coming alongside individuals and helping them take them take the intentional steps needed so that they can find the results they are looking for. Another part of my job that I am very passionate about is doctor/patient advocacy, or helping you ask the right questions and advocate for yourself with your care provider when trying to determine a root cause or decide your care.
When faced with troubling symptoms in my young son, I began a journey of research, seeking counsel, and trial and error that led us to a diagnosis (Celiac Disease) which was actually the key to improving the health of our whole family. I have actual first-hand experience in transitioning my family to a restrictive diet (though I prefer the term "healing protocol" to avoid confusion with weight-loss oriented diets), and in troubleshooting that diet to get the best results for our unique circumstances. I have learned valuable lessons about communicating with practitioners, and studied about different options available to those of us facing various crises of health. While I am pursuing my certification as a Health/Wellness Coach, I am putting that experience to work. If you need help navigating on your own personal wellness journey, I want to be there for you!
