The staff at keystone pharmacy deserve 1 million stars! They are always so kind! I had a sick child and they brought out my medicine to me car so I didn’t have to get them out in the cold. This will be my forever pharmacy! Thank you all for being so great and going above and beyond.

Always have my prescriptions ready on time also extremely nice! Been going to them for over a year amazing experience!

The staff is fantastic, and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. I left CVS because they were an absolute disaster. So glad I found a pharmacy that actually cares about providing great customer service.

Helpful staff and are pretty quick in my experience. Only reason it's not a 5 star is I'd like some limited hours for Sundays. Even a few hours help those of us not miss med doses when Saturday has such limited hours.

It was my baby's first illness and he's only 5 months old. My normal pharmacy would be closed by the time I made it there and he needed the medicine asap so we were told to go over and use keystone since it was right there. Long story short we waited in the wrong area for too long and the pharmacy closed in the meantime. Desperate, we knocked on the door since I saw someone behind the counter. Craig Leadbetter I saw his name on the picture hanging in the pharmacy let us in, took the time to go through all the insurance information since I had never been there, and got my baby's meds. He stayed a half hour after hours and was polite the entire time. I'm so thankful for the grace he showed.

Everyone who works here is always helpful and friendly. Prescriptions are filled quickly and if you have any issues they get them resolved quickly.

Well at first they were a good pharmacy,but today they screwed me big time.I take a certain medication and I called them at the Turtle Creek Pa. 15145 location,and I asked them to use my insurance Aetna to fill my prescription.After going through hell to get my insurance company to cover my script,well I called them to have them use it and I was put on hold for 5 minutes and the lady got back on an said "oh we can't take insurance for this medication".After talking to them I called my insurance company to ask for a reimbursement paper and the lady asked why an I told her the reason,that's when she told me they ran my script at Keystone and then reversed payment.So the lady at my insurance company told me I would get the form in 7 to 10 days to fill it out and return it with the receipt and a label and when they get it back from me that they would launch an investigation into why they wouldn't accept my insurance after asking for payment from them then reversing it,Ishe said it was because they get more money from cash paying customers.SO IF YOU HAVE A MEDICATION THAT KEYSTONE CAN GET MORE MONEY FROM YOU BUY PAYING CASH THEN USING YOUR INSURANCE??THEY WILL TELL YOU THE SAME THING THEY TOLD ME,"SORRY BUT WE CANT TAKE INSURANCE FOR THIS MEDICATION".IF THATS THE CASE?THEN WHY DID THEY RUN MY INSURANCE FOR IT TO BEGIN WITH??BECAUSE THEY ARE GREEDY,well I hope they get who ever is in charge of this?the DEA or whoever and give them a nice big fine,oh and they also said that most likely after the investigation Aetna customers won't be able to use them anymore.So needless to say I will not be going back to them again because if you ask me they are crooks and take insurance when it profits them they don't care about you or me or our health they care only about $$$$$.

The staff is awesome but they always are off on the times they give you for medication to be done . It is not a first come first serve . Sometimes 15 mins means 15 mins other times it can mean 45 mins . The seating area not the biggest or cleanest .

Great pharmacy. Never had any issues and use them monthly. Always have my medicine on time.
