If I could give zero stars I would.. $30 for this??? YUCK. We didn’t even eat it. Plus the manager has a VERY nasty attitude. She closed the window in my face after I told her I did not feel the need to move forward and go around the store to park in a spot to wait for French fries that would be up as they said 2 minutes when no cars were directly behind me because I was on a timer? I did not know I was supposed to adhere to employee rules as a customer? If my fries were taking 2 minutes, it did not make sense to me to move when no one was behind me and after that, the manager just shut the window in my face. I don’t even care to contact the store after such bad service. Im just going to contact my financial institution and get a refund for the bad food I received. The chicken was “warm”, the fries were fresh and hot, the biscuits smelled like stale old biscuits and were hard. Definitely not fresh food and I will never revisit that location.
Um.. is this white meat combo? I don't wanna go back there to get white or refund, its 10miles away. I will just eat this but give 2star
Well on my lunch hour I came here and left took a few sips of my drink when I got back to work I took a really good look at my drink and it has ants in it ‍Recommended dishes3 PC Chicken Box
Service was speedy, and food was hot. On another note, the cashier dropped a cup on the floor and put cup on the shelf with the other drink cups - not good.Food: 5/5
It’s bad enough drive-through is the only thing open. I ordered a combo paid for and was handed a small drink. I asked could I pay extra and get a large drink? I was told no they’ve already closed the register. I stated I didn’t know the drink came that small. she says yes it would’ve only been $.20 more. I had to ask several times can I pay the difference. I don’t mind paying finally she swapped it out. Bad customer service. Unfortunately, some employees make it bad on the rest.
Rude and food was old and nasty. Wish it could bee zero stars. It is a fail every time I come to this one. Don't know why I go back besides it's close to me. The pics are from a T2 XXXL GRILLED stuffed burrito beef. As you can see it's a rice stuffed burrito.
Came through drive through order water crispy chicken got my food and it was cold took it inside told the lady I didn’t want it cause it was cold and don’t taste good manager caught an attitude because I didn’t want the replacement because that was cold too no customer service here kfc food has gone to the dogs..
Some of the drive through staffs are not pleasant to customer request.Food: 3/5
