My first order wasn't to my expectation, when I went back an showed them what I was talking about, the employee was nice enough to make me a new badge of delicious wings, an gave me a small dessert thank you sir. Will definitely come back again, also I highly recommend the regular wings, with their hit sauce even better.
Good food usually good service but this time, Young hopefully inexperienced worker just put my order on the counter, no eye contact, no name or number called or effort to make sure right person got correct order.Food: 5/5

Our food was cold and our chicken was not covered it was just chicken and no crust and the fountain drinks only dew drinks available.Food: 3/5
Ordered crispy fried chicken was told there was a 15 minute wait which I was willing to wait. 20 minute s later was told it would be another 15 to 20 minute wait. I should have left then, well after 45 minutes went to get a refund. Another gentleman walked up and said wanted a refund, he had been waiting over an hour. Then another lady customer came up and said her chicken was undercooked and wanted replacement. This place is always out of crispy chicken every time I go there. I will never again go to this place, should have learned the previous 4 times.
Won't return to this KFC ever. They seem to think you don't have a choice on the sides and deceptively force fake mashed potatoes and gravy on you.Food: 1/5
Good food, place not so much. Not a clean place, floor and restroom need serious attention.
Under-staffed and workers move extremely slow. I waited over 40 minutes in this KFC for an order I made and paid for online. This place should be closed. It needs new management and better workers. Most people that entered waited some minutes and then left because they could not get service.Food: 5/5
